munch2: Honey Roasted Almond


Assalamualaikum semua. Sape tau maksud jajan?ya! silalah tanya kawan2 korg yg duduk di selatan tanah air.(jgn bendul sgt) xpe aku baik, aku gtau.

Kacang Badam

bukan,jajan bukan kacang badam. nk bgtau, kacang badam ni sesuai dibuat jajan2.faham x? ok2 jajan ni kalau org utara suka cakap keropok.org jawa cakap chemilan.buat makan2,jajan2,keropok2 di waktu korg PMS, yg slalunya lead to extreme cravings yg blh bt kita moody.yah!this might be something that will do your cravingss.

Klu kat egypt ni bleh la bli almond tu dekat fathalla dgn hrga 36LE 1kilo. Tp aku silap aku g bli dekat kedai spjg ibrahimiyah 2, dia ckp 30LE per nuss(500g) mcm mana entah otak aku bleh disoriented igt yg ni lg murah, 30LE per kilo, aku ckp dekat fathalla 2 lg mahal 36LE per kilo, and that's so0.....aku baik,aku xckp bnda2 2.

here's what i'm talking about.

HONEY ROASTED ALMONDS

500 gram almonds
3 tablespoons honey (sedang elok rasa dia,xmanis sgt)
3 tablespoon water
2 teaspoon oil (i used olive oil la of course.ehe)
2 tablespoon sugar (healthier choice: brown sugar)
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

IMPORTANT ingredient: LOVE ^^

First things first!

1. Bakar para almond dlm 350 degree celsius for about 12-15 minutes, kejap2 balik-
balikkan almond tu so they baked evenly. Agak-agak isi almond tu dh golden sikit, angkat.
2. Campurkan gula,garam & serbuk cinnamon dlm cawan. biarkan dlu.
2. Dalam kuali(jangan buka api lg), campurkan air, madu & minyak and kacau smpai agak2
air dgn madu dah bercampur evenly.
3. Buka api sederhana(kalau xnak mkn bnda pahit kena sabar!), keep stirring the
mixture until sedikit boiling.
4. Masukkan almond2 comel td ke dlm kuali 2, gaul2 smpai smua badam disaluti
madu. Cuba kawal api time ni, sbb kita nk consistency madu yg likat (smpai all the
water evaporate) tapi xnak smpai madu 2 turn dark.
5. Tutup api. Taburkan campuran gula, garam dan serbuk cinnamon td atas almond2 2.
Keep stirring smpai sebati.
6. Sejukkan badam dlm keadaan badam 2 xmelekat antara satu sama lain. Sbb dh sejuk nt,
gula yg cair akan mengeras and you wouldnt want to eat almond like u eat rice! makan
satu2 la sedap kate jajan.

ATTENTION!
Sebelum buat apa2, rasa dulu sebiji badam, so that korg bleh estimate brp lama nk bakar, korg bleh adjust nk masin mcm mna, manis mcm mna. orait?

ATTENTION JUGAK!
Kalau korg bli already baked almond, skip the baking process and klu dh masin, xperlu campur garam dalam gula td.

Lg suka yg orii?lg senang kerja.just bake the almond you got to improve the crunchiness. buh garam sikit pn boleh.what?darah tinggi?apa kau nk bubuh satu kilo garam kee.chilll bebeh,live your life,sikit2 sudah.

Mcm yg aku ckp, bila PMS+winter, craving, bila craving xdpt, belagak mcm org ngidam tu, ngamoklahh.so nk handle housemate2 yg tgh hurricane tu, bleh bt bnda ni and remember the main ingredient is to put 100% loves so that love will spread, yeah, spread the LOVE~~

Masa masak tu jaga adab2 memasak, mulakan dgn bismillah, selawat, doakn doa penerang hati, Insyaallah, it will be berkat-er than ever,lg sedap dari tong garden punye. :D
